In our two-day freeride camps, which are part of the Ortovox Safety Academy, you will not only glide excellently through the deep snow, but also learn from your mountain guide how to behave safely in the terrain. Prerequisites:
Safe and fluent skiing on red and black pistes
Experience in skiing on moguls, ski routes and in the unprepared piste area
 
Course content:
Correct skiing technique, speed control and line selection in the terrain
Skiing lines and terrain shapes in easy to moderately difficult terrain
Lift-accessible area, possibly with short ascents
Interpretation of avalanche reports, snow and avalanche awareness, tour planning
Handling the avalanche transceiver, rules of behaviour in the group
