SKI TOUR Schönwieskopf 2328m

Length:

1 day

Difficulty:

Participants

1-6 Persons

The Schönwieskopf is actually an insignificant elevation above the Schönwieshütte and can be easily reached from there. Our approach through the Gurgler Schlucht gorge and through the following sparse Swiss stone pine forests is extremely scenic and makes this tour a special experience. The view of the village of Obergurgl and the Rotmoostal valley is beautiful. An ideal tour for ski touring beginners, but also for pleasure ski tourers for whom the scenic experience is the main focus. Also worthwhile on bad weather days. This tour is also possible for piste skiers with no deep snow experience, as it is also possible to descend via the Schönwieshütte hut trail.
